      Seniors attending Daleville High School can earn the privilege of having Off Campus Lunch. To participate, students must be in good standing and have this form signed by a parent. Feel free to print this form for use. Copies are available in the front office.

      Students that are aware of an upcoming absence should complete this form and return it to the office.

      Los estudiantes de la Escuela Secundaria Daleville deben entregar la Solicitud Federal para Almuerzo Gratis o Reducido.       Students at Daleville High School should turn in the Federal Application for Free & Reduced Lunch. All students on the DHS campus will receive free breakfast and lunch this school year regardless of the information provided on this form. We are collecting the form so that students who qualify for the program can receive an ACT Fee waiver and a reduced testing cost for AP Examinations.
